Role: We are looking for a driven **Inside Sales Executive** with a strong understanding of IT/software solutions, especially SaaS platforms, to join our growing sales team. You will play a key role in identifying potential customers, nurturing leads, and closing deals remotely through calls, emails, and demos. Key Responsibilities: * Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients via cold calling, emails, and follow-ups. * Explain the Shoppacino platform’s features and benefits tailored to client requirements. * Conduct virtual product demos and presentations to convert leads into customers. * Manage CRM tools for lead tracking, follow-ups, and performance monitoring. * Coordinate with the marketing and technical team to align on sales goals and feedback. * Maintain regular communication with prospects and build long-term relationships. * Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
