Role Overview
We're looking for a Social Media Manager to bring Drawn's story to life across digital platforms. As our ideal candidate, you have a keen eye for visuals, a knack for unique storytelling, and a strong pulse on social media trends. You’ll collaborate with our creative team to develop, execute, and analyze social media strategies that capture Drawn’s voice and connect with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Curation
: Plan, create, and manage visually compelling content for all social channels, with a strong emphasis on Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin and Pinterest.Unique Storytelling & Campaign Ideation
: Generate fresh and engaging storytelling and campaign ideas, capturing Drawn’s essence and keeping our audience engaged and inspired.Trend Tracking & Execution
: Keep a close eye on social media trends, implementing relevant ideas and strategies quickly to keep Drawn’s content engaging and timely.Community Engagement
: Actively engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers in a way that reflects Drawn’s personality and brand values.Campaign & Ad Management
: Lead and execute social media campaigns that support product launches, collaborations, and seasonal promotions. Monitor ad performance, optimize for best results, and provide data-driven insights to enhance reach and engagement.Coordination with Partners & Vendors
: Collaborate with partners, vendors on social media projects, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution.Influencer & Artist Collaboration
: Identify and work with influencers, artists, and brand advocates to create meaningful partnerships that expand our reach and connect with new audiences.Performance Analysis
: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
Qualifications
Experience
: 3+ years of experience managing social media, for a fashion brand similar to DRAWN is a must.Skills
: Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later) and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights); experience in ad management and performance tracking.Creative Vision
: Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, brand voice, and audience engagement, with a focus on unique storytelling.Trend Awareness
: Ability to stay ahead of and quickly execute on social media trends, integrating them into Drawn’s strategy effectively.Communication Skills
: Excellent written and verbal communication, with a knack for creating captions that resonate and inspire.Project Management
: Highly organized, with experience in coordinating with partners and managing multiple projects and deadlines.
