Key Responsibilities: Customize and develop Odoo modules based on business requirements. Design and develop Odoo apps (new module development and customization). Integrate Odoo with third-party systems using APIs. Perform end-to-end testing and debugging of new features and customizations. Maintain technical documentation for developed modules and processes. Participate in version upgrades, patch updates, and performance tuning. Provide support and training to internal users when required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in Odoo development (Odoo v17 or higher preferred). Strong knowledge of Python and PostgreSQL. Experience with Odoo's ORM, QWeb, and XML. Familiarity with front-end technologies: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery. Understanding of business processes like Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting, HR, etc. Experience with Git or other version control systems. Ability to write clean, readable, and efficient code. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Prior experience in working with ERP systems in the retail, healthcare, or manufacturing sectors. Knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu environments and basic server maintenance.
