Accounts Executive - Finance & Accounts

he Accounts Executive is responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, handling day-to-day accounting tasks, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role demands accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality in handling financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and process all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and ledgers
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor company accounts
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, and receipts
• Support internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as TDS, GST, and other applicable laws
• Collaborate with other departments for expense tracking and financial reporting
• Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• Proven experience (1–3 years) in accounting or finance roles
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare or service industry (if relevant)
• Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
