Job Title: Accounts Executive (5+ Years of Experience)

Job Overview:We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our company. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably within the healthcare or medical services sector. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the overall financial health of the diagnostic centre.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Transactions:

  • Record and process daily financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Verify and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Manage petty cash and ensure accurate documentation.

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
  • Provide insights into financial performance and trends.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
  • Analyze budget variances and provide recommendations for cost control.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure financial goals are met.

Tax and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in responding to tax-related queries and audits.

Account Reconciliation:

  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Vendor and Supplier Management:

  • Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Negotiate payment terms and resolve any payment-related issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial roles, preferably within the healthcare or medical services industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of taxation and compliance procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
