Our products streamline medical claim processing, reduce manual effort, and improve turnaround time for insurers and hospitals.We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team to support day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including entries, reconciliations, and journal postings.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and vouchers.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
• Support statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
• Coordinate with internal departments and auditors during financial reviews.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support finance team for budgeting and reporting.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).
• Good analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in handling financial data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience in IT or service-based company preferred.
