Job Description – IT Recruiter (Contract – 3 Months)

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and result-oriented IT Recruiter on a 3-month contract to support our rapid hiring needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of IT roles, ensuring a smooth hiring process and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and create effective job descriptions.

· Source and screen candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and other innovative channels.

· Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.

· Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

· Maintain recruitment trackers and provide timely updates to management.

· Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

· Manage offer rollouts and onboarding coordination (if applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Proven experience (2–4 years) as an IT Recruiter (in-house or consultancy).

· Strong understanding of IT technologies (Full Stack, Java, Python, Angular, React, etc.).

· Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Immediate availability preferred.
