Job Description

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, issues, and support needs. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services to drive sales. Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive client engagement. Manage customer accounts and ensure timely follow-ups. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth service delivery. Analyze customer feedback and market trends to suggest improvements. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data using CRM tools.
