Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and maintain strong, long-term relationships
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with sales, service, and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Maintain accurate customer records, interactions, and follow-ups in CRM software
  • Track customer feedback and share insights for service improvement
  • Support sales team with client coordination, documentation, and order processing
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers and handover from sales team
  • Prepare regular customer reports and status updates for management
  • Follow company policies and customer service standards

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
