Creative Head - Graphic Designing

You are an experienced and visionary Creative Head in Graphic Designing, responsible for leading and inspiring the design team to produce impactful visual content that aligns with the brand's identity and business goals. Your role involves setting the creative direction, overseeing all graphic content, and ensuring consistent visual standards across all platforms. Your key responsibilities include leading the design team in conceptualizing and executing creative strategies, collaborating with marketing and product teams to translate campaigns into compelling visuals, overseeing and reviewing graphic designs, maintaining brand consistency, presenting design ideas to stakeholders, mentoring and managing a team of designers, staying updated on design trends, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring high-quality standards and timely project delivery. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's/Masters degree in Graphic Design or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a creative leadership role.
