Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning Develop end-to-end social media strategies tailored to each client’s brand identity and goals. Plan monthly content calendars, campaign ideas, and brand storytelling initiatives. Build social media funnels to improve engagement, reach, and conversions. Content Management Coordinate with the design, copy, and video teams to create thumb-stopping content. Write creative captions, taglines, and short-form content aligned with platform tone. Ensure content consistency, maintaining each brand’s visual and voice identity. Analytics & Growth Monitor and analyze key metrics — engagement rate, reach, CTR, followers, etc. Prepare performance reports with actionable insights for optimization. Identify trends, audience behavior, and competitor benchmarks to guide strategies. Client Communication & Coordination Act as a bridge between the client and internal creative team. Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning meetings. Manage timelines, feedback loops, and deliverables efficiently. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in managing multiple brand accounts (agency background preferred). Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms (Threads, YouTube Shorts, etc.). Strong copywriting and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Editing & Motion Design Edit reels, short-form videos, YouTube content, and brand campaigns. Add transitions, animations, and motion graphics to make content visually dynamic. Create promotional videos, testimonials, ad creatives, and brand story visuals. Creative Collaboration Work with the social media and content team to understand the creative direction. Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions for content style and video storytelling. Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high production quality.
