About the Role:

Creative Monk is seeking a Graphic Designer who can visually express brand stories through bold, aesthetic, and trend-savvy designs. You’ll create designs that not only look great but also perform well in the digital world.

We’re looking for someone who loves playing with colors, layouts, and typography — someone who believes design is not just art but communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design

• Design social media creatives, ad banners, posters, and digital campaigns.
• Work on static, carousel, and animated formats for various brands.
• Create visual identities and branding elements like logos, icons, and templates.

Collaboration

• Coordinate with the social media and content team to translate briefs into visuals.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and communication tone.
• Suggest creative directions, visual trends, and new design ideas during brainstorming sessions.

Technical Skills

• Prepare high-quality print and digital-ready files.
• Work efficiently under deadlines with multiple projects in hand.
• Maintain organized project files and design assets.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional design experience in a digital marketing or creative agency.
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (knowledge of After Effects is a plus).
• Strong visual sense with attention to color, typography, and layout balance.
• Understanding of social media aesthetics and ad design psychology.
• Portfolio that demonstrates creativity, brand understanding, and versatility.
