Job Description

Are you a creator who thinks in stories, hooks, and conversions? Do you know how to make scroll-stopping reels and turn them into customers? Join a fast-moving group running multiple consumer and healthcare brands (D2C wellness, pharma retail, QSR, real-estate)

Type: Remote (WFH) — Full-time / Part-time freelance options

What you’ll own

  • Create 8–20 high-converting short videos (Reels/Shorts/TikToks) per brand — concepts, scripts, shoots (self-shot or coordinated), editing, captions.
  • Build brand-specific content pillars and a 90-day content calendar for each brand.
  • Turn organic content into leads: CTA design, landing page coordination, lead magnets, and WhatsApp/SMS funnels.
  • Run A/B tests on hooks, thumbnails, CTAs — use results to double down on winners.
  • Manage all major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, TikTok (where applicable), and LinkedIn for B2B verticals.
  • Community & creator outreach: onboard micro-influencers, manage UGC streams, and run creator challenges.
  • Track performance and deliver concise weekly dashboards with insight-driven recommendations.
  • Maintain brand tone & compliance guidelines (especially for healthcare/pharma content).

We want you if you:

  • Are a storyteller and editor — you can shoot a short, edit it on your phone, add captions, music, and CTA and have it ready to publish in under 40 minutes.
  • Have proven experience growing social accounts (show metrics!) and turning content into measurable leads.
  • Know how to structure a hook (0–3s), build interest (3–15s), and close with a conversion-worthy CTA.
  • Can wear creator & strategist hats: concept → production → growth → reporting.
  • Are data-curious: familiar with analytics, pixel events, UTM tagging, and basic CRO.
  • Are comfortable with regulated content — you’ll collaborate with legal/compliance for pharma/health posts.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively (async team culture).
  • Bonus: experience with Canva Pro, CapCut, VN, Adobe Rush/Premiere; and tools like Meta Business Suite, Zoho CRM, Wati/Interakt.

Contract length: 1 month

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
