What You Will Own (Responsibilities)1️ Strategy & Roadmap

• Build social media strategies that align with brand goals.
• Identify growth KPIs, audience persona, positioning approach.
• Plan 30-day content frameworks, campaigns & hooks.

2️ Content Intelligence

• Work with content & design teams to plan high-performance content.
• Turn brand stories into posts, carousels, reels & campaigns.
• Curate trending formats, audio, and viral content opportunities.

3️ Brand Voice & Community

• Respond, engage, spark conversations & build brand personality.
• Convert DMs to leads (where relevant).
• Maintain a positive, warm brand tone online.

4️ Campaign Execution

• Execute paid + organic content pushes with the marketing team.
• Plan influencer/creator tie-ups (optional).
• Run social calendar like a newsroom — tight, fast, consistent.

5️ Numbers, Feedback & Reporting

• Review analytics weekly & monthly.
• Predict, test & refine — data-backed content improvement.
• Build performance decks for clients.

6️ Market Intelligence

• Track competitor content & emerging trends.
• Constantly level-up content style, storytelling, editing & hooks.
• Stay updated with platform updates & algorithms.

What It Takes (Skills & Mindset)Must-Have Skills

• Deep platform knowledge (IG, FB, LinkedIn, YouTube, X)
• Content planning + caption copywriting basics
• Social media scheduling tools (Meta Suite, Crello, etc.)
• Understanding of story frameworks + hooks
• Analytical mindset — understand performance graphs & actions

• Experience working in agencies
• Can ideate reel/script concepts
• Can speak confidently on client calls & present

Experience

• 4+ years in Social Media / Digital Marketing
• Prior agency experience preferred (not mandatory but strong plus)
