Content & Marketing Lead

We're Hiring: Content & Marketing Lead 📍 Gurgaon, ON-SITE / FULLTIME We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and detail-oriented Content & Marketing Lead to join our team. Someone who understands the evolving landscape of Indian ready-to-wear fashion and can build a brand narrative that feels fresh, relevant, and distinctive. This role requires someone who can think long-term, build strong brand storytelling, and lead content and marketing efforts across all platforms. You’ll work directly with the founder to shape strategy and oversee execution — with a focus on quality, consistency, and impact over volume. Key Responsibilities: Lead the overall brand marketing and content strategy in collaboration with the founders Oversee execution across digital platforms — including social media, website, email, and paid campaigns Build and manage PR, influencer, and brand collaborations Plan and execute offline brand experiences and events Create and manage content calendars, campaign plans, and team workflows Track performance and apply learnings to continuously strengthen brand presence Qualifications: 5–7 years of experience in content, marketing, and brand building within fashion industry Proven track record of developing and executing brand campaigns across platforms Strong storytelling skills — both visual and written Ability to translate brand values into effective, compelling content strategies Experience working with or managing creative teams, freelancers, and partners Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team Strong grasp of digital marketing, social media trends, influencer strategy, and performance-driven content A portfolio or examples of past work that demonstrate your impact on brand growth and campaign success To Apply: Send your resume and a short note about your interest in the role to careers@shopdrawn.com Subject line: Application – Content & Marketing Lead Show more Show less
