What we want:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to design and execute strategies aligned with our marketing goals. The role involves managing multi-platform presence, creating and publishing engaging content, and building an active online community. The candidate will monitor trends, optimize paid campaigns, and collaborate with teams to ensure brand consistency. Additionally, they will track performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to drive growth.


What you will do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing goals and brand voice.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities including content creation, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and emerging channels.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices, and adjust strategies proactively.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages promptly, and foster a strong online community.
  • Manage content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent publishing.
  • Analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions), extract insights, and optimize strategy for improved performance.
  • Develop and maintain a social media calendar ensuring consistent and timely content delivery.
  • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns and budgets.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Identify and leverage influencer and partnership opportunities to expand reach and brand credibility.
  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports on social performance and ROI.


Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven social media management experience.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and visual content skills.
  • Proficiency with social management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for visuals and design.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with innovative ideas to boost brand presence and engagement.
