Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Lead based in Belgaum. The Social Media Lead will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, optimizing social media performance, creating and managing content, and driving engagement across various social platforms. Daily tasks include overseeing social media marketing, coordinating communication efforts, and implementing content strategies aimed at enhancing brand presence.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Proficient in Kannada language
• 2-3 years of Experience in Social Media Marekting
• Expertise in developing Content Strategy and Writing skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience with social media analytics tools and platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience in managing social media for similar sectors is a plus
• Leadership Skills to handle the team.
