Location: Noida/ RemoteRole Overview:You will manage all social media platforms, create strategies, drive content planning, grow the community, and run campaigns for the launch of India’s next-gen Spare Parts Marketplace.Responsibilities:Create 30-day & 60-day social media strategiesPlan & manage a weekly content calendarCoordinate with designers & creatorsManage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, XAnalyze weekly performance metricsExecute campaigns for reach & lead generationBoost reels/ad campaigns with the performance marketerBuild the SpareTrade online voice & communityDevelop social media strategy Create original content Provide data analysis and metric reporting for clientsRequirements:2–5 years experience in Social MediaStrong Hindi + English communicationUnderstanding of startup-style fast contentProven examples of reels + growth achievedBasic knowledge of performance adsProficiency in many social media platforms Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
