Role Overview: We’re looking for a data-driven marketer who can own HOSA’s digital growth across paid channels and Shopify. This role blends performance marketing expertise with hands-on Shopify management to deliver seamless customer journeys and measurable results. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, other digital channels) focused on ROAS and CAC. Manage and optimize Shopify store—apps, integrations, checkout flow, and user experience. Monitor performance analytics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights. Run A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, and ad sets to maximize efficiency. Work closely with design/content teams to ensure campaigns align with brand voice and aesthetics. Stay updated on e-commerce and performance marketing trends to drive innovation. Requirements: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (fashion/e-commerce preferred). Strong knowledge of Shopify ecosystem (themes, apps, payments, integrations). Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. Analytical mindset with ability to track and interpret KPIs. Experience with SEO and email marketing tools is a plus.
