Growth & Shopify Specialist

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a data-driven marketer who can own HOSA’s digital growth across paid channels and Shopify. This role blends performance marketing expertise with hands-on Shopify management to deliver seamless customer journeys and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, other digital channels) focused on ROAS and CAC.
• Manage and optimize Shopify store—apps, integrations, checkout flow, and user experience.
• Monitor performance analytics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Run A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, and ad sets to maximize efficiency.
• Work closely with design/content teams to ensure campaigns align with brand voice and aesthetics.
• Stay updated on e-commerce and performance marketing trends to drive innovation.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (fashion/e-commerce preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Shopify ecosystem (themes, apps, payments, integrations).
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Analytical mindset with ability to track and interpret KPIs.
• Experience with SEO and email marketing tools is a plus.
