Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer based in New Delhi. Visual Design Creation Conceptualise, design, and execute visuals across media: print, digital, web, social, video graphics, and event collaterals. Create engaging creatives for campaigns, ads, social posts, presentations, decks, pitch documents, and branded content. Adapt brand identities into localized, culturally relevant designs while maintaining sophistication. Brand Consistency & Identity Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all internal and external communications. Work within brand guidelines while also evolving visual identity where required. Ensure adherence to design systems, templates, and asset libraries. Collaboration & Creative Development Work closely with the Creative Director, Content Writers, Motion Designers, and Account Managers to bring campaign ideas to life. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas that align with campaign objectives. Translate briefs and scripts into storyboards, mockups, and final designs. Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field. The Copywriter will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content in Hindi, including press releases, marketing materials, and other written communications. Day-to-day tasks will include writing and proofreading content, collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective communication strategies, and ensuring that all written content aligns with the company's brand and objectives. Content Writing & Ideation Write impactful Hindi copy for digital campaigns, print ads, social media posts, videos, scripts, and branded content.
