Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Copywriter (English) located in New Delhi. The Copywriter will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content in English, including press releases, marketing materials, and other written communications. Day-to-day tasks will include writing and proofreading content, collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective communication strategies, and ensuring that all written content aligns with the company's brand and objectives.


Content Writing & Ideation

  • Write impactful English copy for digital campaigns, print ads, social media posts, videos, scripts, and branded content.
  • Craft engaging taglines, slogans, campaign lines, and punchy hooks tailored for English-speaking audiences.
  • Create simple, powerful messaging that resonates across urban and rural audiences alike.


Brand & Campaign Messaging

  • Ensure all messaging aligns with brand tone, campaign objectives, and cultural context.
  • Adapt complex ideas into clear, accessible, and emotionally compelling communication.
  • Maintain consistency in voice and style across multiple platforms and formats.


Collaboration & Creative Development

  • Work closely with creative directors, designers, strategists, and video teams to develop integrated campaign ideas.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions with fresh, culturally relevant perspectives.
  • Support scriptwriting for ads, voiceovers, social films, and documentaries


Research & Adaptation

  • Stay updated on cultural trends, idioms, and linguistic nuances to make messaging authentic.
  • Conduct quick research to find relevant references, proverbs, or local expressions to enrich content.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–4 years of copywriting experience in advertising, media, or digital agencies. Exceptional freshers with strong writing samples may also apply.


Core Skills

  • Strong command over English language (both written and spoken) with an ability to switch between formal and colloquial tones.
  • Ability to write across a wide spectrum: witty, emotional, campaign-driven, informational, and poetic.
  • Comfort in writing for both digital-first formats (short posts, captions, reels) and longer forms (scripts, articles, speeches).


Soft Skills

  • Creative thinker with a love for words and storytelling.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Collaborative, open to feedback, and able to adapt writing style as per brand tone.
  • Culturally aware, with sensitivity to diverse audience segments.
