Role Description

Founder's Office Associate


Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Execution

  • Support the founder in planning and executing strategic initiatives across all verticals (Government, Agency Business, Production, IPs).
  • Prepare research notes, business presentations, and strategy decks to support pitches and partnerships.
  • Track company OKRs, revenue targets, and project milestones.

Project Management & Coordination

  • Act as a bridge between teams (creative, production, marketing, finance) to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Maintain trackers, schedules, and follow-ups for ongoing projects and client deliverables.
  • Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and collaborators as required.

Creative & Operational Support

  • Contribute ideas for campaigns, content plans, and business growth opportunities.
  • Draft proposals, SOWs, and internal documents.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and team process optimization.

Data & Reporting

  • Gather insights, analyze performance data, and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Identify gaps and suggest process improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

  • 1–3 years in consulting, operations, strategy, project management, or a fast-paced startup/agency environment.

Core Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with presentations, research, and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with

    Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

    and project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of marketing, finance, or production is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
