Founder’s Office Associate / Chief of Staff

• If you enjoy solving business problems, building from 0 to 1, working closely with founders, and aspire to lead business verticals in the near future — this role is for you.

✅ Work directly with the founder on strategy, growth, investor relations & new initiatives

✅ Conduct market/competitor research across verticals: Solar Loans, Invoice Discounting, RBF, LAS, MSME Lending

✅ Build financial models, pitch decks, business plans & credit frameworks

✅ Drive new product launches & partnerships (EPCs, fintech, banks, co-lending partners, housing societies, D2C brands)

✅ Coordinate cross-functionally across credit, collections, legal, tech, and sales teams to ensure execution

✅ Track OKRs & build dashboards for performance monitoring

✅ Prepare founder for investor meetings, BSE reporting, board discussions, and fundraising conversations

✅ Solve operational inefficiencies and drive process automation & scaling

✅ Be a “force multiplier” for the founder — take ownership of high-stakes projects end-to-end

🎓 Education: MBA / CA / CFA / B.Tech / B.Com / Any strong performer with business acumen & hustle.
