Founder's Office Associate

Terafac is hiring a Founder’s Office Associate to work directly with the leadership team on strategic and high-impact initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about solving complex problems, and is eager to learn what it takes to build and scale a high-tech startup. You’ll get a front-row seat to the inner workings of the company — from operations and product to investor relations and strategy.

Founder’s Office Associate

• Work directly with the Founders on strategic planning, product roadmaps, and business operations.
• Coordinate and execute cross-functional projects involving engineering, sales, hiring, marketing, and finance.
• Own special projects such as fundraising support, market research, investor reports, partnerships, or internal ops.
• Conduct data-driven analysis to support key decisions and optimize business processes.
• Track goals, OKRs, and deliverables across functions, helping teams stay aligned and accountable.
• Represent the Founders in internal and external meetings, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Act as a force multiplier to the leadership team, enabling speed, efficiency, and clarity in execution.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 1– 4 years of experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, VC, product, or operations role.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to take ownership.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working closely with engineering/product teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with founders or leadership teams.
• Exposure to AI/ML, robotics, or deep tech environments.
• Strong documentation, presentation, and reporting skills.
• Understanding of startup fundraising, business strategy, or product management.
