About the Role

We are looking for a high-impact professional to join the Founder’s Office, working closely with the leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, execution, and data-backed decision-making. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in travel package sales/operations, strong analytical skills, and a bias for execution.

Key Responsibilities:·

• Work closely with the Founder(s) on strategic planning and execution·
• Track business performance through data analysis, dashboards, and MIS reports·
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely execution·
• Monitor KPIs and support data-driven decision-making·
• Coordinate with internal teams to align priorities and outcomes·
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements·
• Support market research and growth initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications·

• 1–2 years of professional experience, preferably in the travel & tourism industry·
• Prior experience in selling or managing travel packages is strongly preferred·
• Strong proficiency in data analytics, reporting, and interpretation·
• Excellent execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities·
• High ownership mindset and problem-solving ability·
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills·
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets; dashboarding tools are a plus

Preferred Background·

• Experience with companies selling domestic or international travel packages·
• Exposure to startup or fast-paced environments·
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and handle confidential information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
