Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Collections Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the voice of NextNation, ensuring that our clients have a seamless and positive experience throughout their engagement with us. You will assist clients with queries, guide them through program details, resolve concerns, and help build long-lasting relationships. This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer satisfaction and eager to contribute to a fast-growing organization. Key Responsibilities ● Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries related to programs, enrollment, documentation, and services. ● Provide timely and accurate support via phone, email, and chat to resolve client issues. ● Understand customer needs and provide relevant guidance to ensure customer success and satisfaction. ● Assist clients in onboarding, documentation processes, and program navigation. ● Work closely with internal teams (operations, sales, academic) to address customer concerns and ensure smooth delivery of services. ● Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints in CRM tools. ● Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and recommend process improvements. ● Support in gathering client feedback and reporting trends to enhance service quality. ● Ensure customer retention and contribute to client growth initiatives. Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. ● Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with a customer-centric mindset. ● Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and efficiently. ● Empathy, patience, and the ability to build trust with clients. ● Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn. ● Good organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. ● Previous experience in customer service, client management, or related roles is a plus. ● Passionate about helping others and eager to learn new processes.
