Working for a renowned US bank, handling customer accounts related to overdue payments while ensuring compliance, customer satisfaction, and recovery targets.

Job Role: US First-Party Collections Executive

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound calls for US banking customers.

Follow up on overdue / delinquent accounts.

Negotiate payments and set up repayment plans.

Educate customers on account status, penalties, and payment options.

Maintain proper documentation and call notes.

Achieve collection, quality, and compliance targets.

Maintain a professional and empathetic approach on calls.

Salary (inhand)

No collections experience: 22,000 35,000 in-hand

With collections experience: Up to 38,000 in-hand

Eligibility Criteria

ssc / hsc / Graduate

Minimum 6 months International bpo experience (mandatory)

Prior collections experience is an added advantage

Communication skills C1 level mandatory

Comfortable with night shifts
