About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Handle first-party collections for a renowned US bank and third-party collections for gyms and fitness chains 2. Manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently with strong communication skills 3. Resolve payment issues and customer objections while ensuring a high standard of service 4. Work in rotational shifts with any two week offs (C1B) or 5 days a week with one Saturday working and Sunday fixed off (TPC) 5. Participate in the upcoming batch starting on 27th April (tentative) 6. Maintain accuracy and professionalism in all customer dealings 7. Utilize centralized pick-up and drop facility (drop only) for commuting 8. Earn unlimited incentives based on performance 9. Attend and clear interview rounds with HR and Operations teams 10. Work in night shifts from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM Requirements: 1. Must have a minimum of 1 year of international BPO experience (C1B) 2. For TPC: - SSC with minimum 2 years of US international BPO experience - HSC/Graduate with minimum 1 year of US international BPO experience 3. Recent experience should be in US Sales, Retentions, or Collections 4.
