Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound and inbound collection calls for the assigned portfolio
Follow up with customers on outstanding dues and payment commitments
Educate customers on available payment options and resolve basic queries
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, call quality standards, and data privacy norms
Meet daily and monthly productivity and collection targets
Escalate complex cases as per defined process guidelines

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Undergraduate or Graduate
Experience: Freshers welcome | Experience in Collections / BFSI preferred
Languages: Average English + any one South Indian language
(Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam)
Skills Required
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
