Role Summary

As a Collections Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth fee recovery through polite, professional, and empathetic communication. No aggressive tactics — just smart handling, consistent follow-ups, and learner-friendly interactions.

Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to learners regarding pending payments and upcoming due dates.

● Communicate confidently and clearly — firm when needed, always empathetic.

● Maintain accurate call logs, follow-up trackers, and payment dashboards.

● Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve learner queries quickly.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).

● 0–2 years of experience in collections, telecalling, or customer support.

● Ability to handle sensitive financial conversations with professionalism.

● Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.

● A self-starter who loves closing tasks with speed and accuracy.
