Role Overview

As a Founders Office Associate, you will work directly with the founders and executive leadership to drive strategic priorities, streamline operations, and execute high-impact initiatives across the organization. This is a full-time role built for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments and want a front-row seat to how strategy becomes execution.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Initiative Execution

• Partner with founders to define, plan, and execute high-impact strategic projects that fuel organizational growth and operational success.
• Translate broad strategic goals into structured deliverables, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Take full ownership of initiatives — from problem framing to execution, measurement, and iteration.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Work with teams across Growth, Partnerships, Content, Events, Operations, and more to coordinate execution and align on shared objectives.
• Ensure clarity, accountability, and follow-through across cross-team initiatives.

Operational Excellence & Insight

• Track key performance indicators, distill insights, and help the leadership team make data-informed decisions.
• Build processes, dashboards, playbooks, and frameworks that elevate organizational efficiency and scalability.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose practical solutions that drive continuous improvement.

Communication & Leadership Support

• Prepare founder-level briefs, reports, and syntheses that clarify insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Help translate leadership vision into structured plans for execution across teams.

Who You Are

• Early to mid-career professional with 1–3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, cross-functional execution, business analysis, or general management.
• You may come from varied backgrounds — what matters most is your clarity of thought, ownership mindset, and execution excellence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong analytical skills, and comfort working in ambiguity.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy building processes that scale.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
