Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring smooth HR management within the organization. Day-to-day tasks include handling recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Proficiency in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the financial sector is a must
