Role Overview

We’re seeking a proactive and highly capable Founder’s Office Associate to work directly with the founder and leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for someone with 4–5 years of experience in startups, consulting, or business operations to gain hands-on exposure to strategy, growth, and execution in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy solving cross-functional challenges and making things happen, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Lead and support critical strategic projects across operations, hiring, marketing, and growth initiatives.Manage the founder’s calendar, prep for meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, reports, and internal presentations to support decision-making.Act as a trusted point of contact and represent the founder in internal and external communications when required.Drive efficiency and process improvements across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

4–5 years of experience in fast-paced roles such as startups, strategy, operations.Exceptional communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and basic data analysis.Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results.
