Appointment Management: Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments using the clinic's scheduling system, taking into account provider availability. Patient Registration: Collect and update patient information, including contact details and medical history. Check-In and Check-Out: Assist patients with the check-in process upon arrival and check-out after their appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Patient Assistance: Provide information about clinic services, procedures, and any pre-appointment instructions to patients.
