Job Title-Clinic/Business Manager

1. Patient Conversion & Revenue GrowthDrive new patient conversions after consultations by clearly communicating treatment value.Ensure timely follow-ups for pending decisions or payment confirmations.

Driving Wellness PackagesRe-activating old patientsConverting Medicines-> Therapy packagesMaximize renewals by identifying patients nearing the end of their plans and pitching continued care.2.

Patient Relationship Management + Issue resolutionsHandle patient escalations calmly and resolve issues related to appointments, wait times, staff behavior, etc.Educate patients clearly about therapy timelines, do’s and don'ts, and clinic policies.Conduct regular discussions with clinic doctors to review patient progress.Ensure a smooth and welcoming patient experience throughout.3.

Driving Patient Referrals Motivate satisfied patients to refer friends/family; track and reward referrals. Maintain a weekly report of reviews and referral status.

5. Local Marketing & Activation InitiativesExecute offline activities like:➔ Society health camps➔ Ayurveda awareness sessions➔ Joint pain screening camps➔ Wellness talks and referral drivesCollaborate with Marketing Team if needed and track activity ROI (cost vs patients acquired).

6. Operational Excellence & SOP Compliance Ensure reception, therapists, dietitians follow SOPs properly.Monitor housekeeping, inventory management, therapy hygiene, billing accuracy.Conduct weekly internal audits and resolve operational gaps.

7.Team Management & MotivationManage the entire clinic team: recruitment support, onboarding, daily performance tracking, training needs identification.Conduct daily huddles and weekly performance review meetings.
