Rooted in the philosophy of slow fashion, HOSA champions a slower, more mindful approach to fashion, ensuring that each garment is timeless and sustainably made.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a creative storyteller who can bring HOSA’s philosophy of slow fashion and

mindful living alive on Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. This role is equal parts

strategy, creativity, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and schedule engaging content across social channels (posts, reels, stories).
Collaborate with design/marketing teams to ensure consistency in brand voice and

visual identity

Actively engage with the online community—respond to DMs, comments, and build

conversations.

Track social media performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Stay up-to-date with fashion, lifestyle, and digital trends to create fresh, relatable

content.

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in social media management (fashion/retail experience

preferred).

Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
Familiarity with Canva, basic editing tools, and Instagram trends.
Passion for fashion, sustainability, and lifestyle content.
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
