Job Title: Social Media Lead


Department: Marketing

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Experience Required: 2–8 years in Social Media / Digital Marketing

Employment Type: Full-Time


Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and strategic Social Media Lead to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, audience engagement tactics, content creation, influencer management, and analytics. You will lead the social media team, working closely with content creators, designers, performance marketers, and other departments to achieve brand and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand, marketing, and business goals.
  • Lead content planning, calendar creation, and execution across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, Threads, etc.).
  • Monitor, measure, and report performance metrics and KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).
  • Manage brand presence during campaigns, launches, and real-time trending topics.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand communication.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencer and brand collaboration campaigns.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to optimize performance.
  • Plan and manage paid social campaigns in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
  • Manage a team of social media executives or interns
  • Monitor competitors and benchmark best practices.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven 5+ years of experience in managing brand social media accounts.
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific algorithms and content strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics, funnel analysis, and ROI measurement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience in social media analytics and reporting.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and storytelling ability.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and online brand collaborations.
  • Video content creation and basic editing skills.



Preferred:

  • Experience in B2C/B2B digital environments.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing or SEO is a plus.
  • Agency experience is a plus
