Position: Online Sales Manager
Location: Thane
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Online Sales Manager to lead our ecommerce team. This role involves building
strategic initiatives for online sales growth, ensuring profitability, and optimizing content strategy and
technical SEO. As the Online Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets,
maintaining profit margins, and enhancing the overall online customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
➢ Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute online sales strategies aligned with business goals. Lead the e-
commerce team and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
➢ Sales & Marketing: Boost online sales via website optimization, SEO, digital campaigns, and influencer
collaborations.
➢ Customer Experience: Deliver a smooth and engaging online shopping journey. Gather feedback to
improve satisfaction.
➢ Operations & Technology: Oversee daily e-commerce functions, implement new tools, and collaborate
with IT on platform performance.
➢ Vendor & Inventory Management: Manage vendor relationships to ensure product availability, quality,
and timely fulfillment. Coordinate with supply chain to optimize stock levels.
➢ Financial & Data Management: Handle budgets, forecasting, and use analytics to improve performance
and control costs.
Qualifications and Skills:
➢ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
➢ Hands on experience on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Firstcry and Quick Commerce.
➢ Proven experience in successful online sales management.
➢ Strong understanding of ecommerce operations, content strategy, and technical SEO.
➢ Excellent budget management and analytical skills.
➢ Leadership experience with a focus on team collaboration and conflict resolution.
➢ Familiarity with new initiatives, process automation, and project management.
