• Campaign Management: Development of monthly plans/calendars, scheduling on various pages, user engagement management. It also includes planning and executing paid campaigns across different social media platforms.
• Account Management: Gathering information about the requirement, feedback monitoring, and optimizing the account to increase engagement.
• Content Development: Development of text captions and artwork for various platforms
• Monitor current social media trends and include relevant data and information in the campaigns
• Research and develop required social content strategies for the company and its clients
• Work closely with PR, Content and Visual Communications teams to achieve desired objectives
• Support implementation of company initiatives and work closely with management to optimise the effectiveness of the resources and investments.
  

The Ideal Candidate Should Have

• Experience of a minimum of 2-3 years in a social media agency.
• Basic knowledge of AI / LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Bard, Writesonic and so on (further training will be provided by the Company).
• Excellent copy and content writing skills, including the ability to develop tweets, blog posts and other marketing collateral.
• A deep understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat and other platforms.
• Understanding of platforms such as Canva
• Bonus: Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator
• Bonus: Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
• Bonus: Design Thinking
• Possess strong communication, research & interpersonal skills.
• Must be highly organised and have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and client teams at all levels.
