Job Profile: The Social Media Lead will be responsible for day-to-day account management and content creation for various social media campaigns for the company’s clients across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, Snapchat and more. KRAs Campaign Management: Development of monthly plans/calendars, scheduling on various pages, user engagement management. It also includes planning and executing paid campaigns across different social media platforms. Account Management: Gathering information about the requirement, feedback monitoring, and optimizing the account to increase engagement. Content Development: Development of text captions and artwork for various platforms Monitor current social media trends and include relevant data and information in the campaigns Research and develop required social content strategies for the company and its clients Work closely with PR, Content and Visual Communications teams to achieve desired objectives Support implementation of company initiatives and work closely with management to optimise the effectiveness of the resources and investments. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience of a minimum of 2-3 years in a social media agency. Basic knowledge of AI / LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Bard, Writesonic and so on (further training will be provided by the Company). Excellent copy and content writing skills, including the ability to develop tweets, blog posts and other marketing collateral. A deep understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat and other platforms. Understanding of platforms such as Canva Bonus: Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator Bonus: Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects Bonus: Design Thinking Possess strong communication, research & interpersonal skills. Must be highly organised and have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and client teams at all levels.
