Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly strategic and creative professional to lead LinkedIn-centric social media initiatives for our digital marketing agency. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing LinkedIn strategies that generate leads, build brand credibility, and drive business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Create LinkedIn strategies tailored to B2B audiences.
  • Define KPIs and build strategic roadmaps for social media growth.

Content & Campaign Planning:

  • Develop content calendars, post plans, and campaign ideas aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to craft high-impact LinkedIn posts, thought leadership content, and carousels.

Performance Tracking & Optimization:

  • Analyse and report performance metrics (engagement, impressions, leads).
  • Continuously optimize strategies based on data insights and platform trends.

Client Communication & Presentations:

  • Present strategy decks and performance reports to clients.
  • Act as the go-to expert for LinkedIn best practices and B2B social trends.

Lead Generation Focus:

  • Execute lead-gen campaigns via LinkedIn Ads and organic outreach.
  • Identify opportunities for client business development through LinkedIn.

Trend & Competitor Monitoring:

  • Stay updated on LinkedIn algorithm changes, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Analyse competitor strategies and adapt accordingly.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) managing LinkedIn strategies for IT or Digital Marketing Agencies or B2B businesses.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithm, content formats, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, Campaign Manager).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills – experience with tools like Sprout Social, Buffer, or native LinkedIn analytics.
  • Excellent communication, client handling, and presentation skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency setting.
  • Background in B2B marketing or personal branding strategy.
  • Understanding of broader digital strategy including email, SEO, or performance marketing is a plus.
