Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Business Strategist based in Rohini, New Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work. The Social Media Business Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, optimizing social media platforms, creating engaging content plans, and managing the foundation's online presence. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure cohesive branding, effective communication, and measurable impact through social media platforms.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication skills and experience managing Social Media platforms
• Knowledge of Content Strategy and planning for diverse social channels
• Strategic thinking and ability to analyze social media performance metrics
• Adaptability to work in a hybrid model with effective time management
• Passion for community-oriented work and understanding of the nonprofit sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
