The ideal candidate will translate brand ethos, property experiences, and guest journeys into high-impact social media strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute

    comprehensive social media strategies

    aligned with hospitality brand goals, occupancy targets, and seasonal demand
  • Create

    monthly, quarterly, and campaign-based content calendars

    for multiple hospitality brands
  • Define

    platform-specific strategies

    for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Conduct competitor analysis, trend research, and hospitality market insights to stay ahead of industry benchmarks

2. Content & Brand Management

  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, photographers, and copywriters to create

    high-quality hospitality-focused content

  • Maintain consistent

    brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling tone

    across all platforms
  • Plan content around

    property highlights, rooms & suites, dining experiences, guest moments, festivals, offers, and seasonal campaigns

  • Lead influencer collaborations, creator partnerships, and

    UGC (User-Generated Content)

    strategies

3. Performance Marketing & Analytics

  • Monitor daily performance of social media accounts and campaigns
  • Track and analyze

    engagement, reach, audience growth, CTRs, inquiries, and conversions

  • Prepare

    insight-driven performance reports

    with clear recommendations
  • Optimize content and strategy based on data, audience behavior, and platform algorithms

4. Campaigns & Growth

  • Plan and execute

    social media campaigns for property launches, offers, events, weddings, festive promotions, and experiential stays

  • Work closely with paid media teams to ensure

    strong synergy between organic and paid social efforts

  • Identify opportunities for

    audience growth, engagement improvement, lead generation, and brand loyalty

5. Client & Team Coordination

  • Act as the

    primary strategic point of contact

    for social media-related client discussions
  • Present strategies, campaign roadmaps, and performance reports to hospitality clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure

    timely execution, quality delivery, and brand consistency

6. Trends & Innovation

  • Stay updated with

    platform updates, algorithm changes, and hospitality content trends

  • Experiment with

    Reels, Shorts, Stories, carousel storytelling, and interactive formats

  • Propose innovative ideas to enhance

    brand visibility, guest engagement, and experiential storytelling

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience as a

    Social Media Strategist / Social Media Manager

  • Prior experience handling

    hospitality, lifestyle, travel, or luxury brands

    (highly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, analytics tools, and hospitality content trends
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to manage

    multiple brands, properties, and deadlines

  • Knowledge of influencer marketing, creator collaborations, and performance-driven content
