Role Description

Social Media Business Strategist

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute
organic social strategy
across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Plan & publish
engaging content
– reels, posts, stories, carousels, UGC, etc.
Drive
community management
, influencer collaborations, and referral campaigns.
Track
performance analytics
, report insights, and optimize based on data.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align social media with
sales, product, and marketing
goals.
Stay on top of platform updates, trends, and audience shifts.

4–6 years in social media management & strategy.
Deep platform knowledge (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta tools).
Strong writing + creative eye (Canva, CapCut, Mojo familiarity a plus).
Ability to link content to
engagement, reach, traffic, and conversions
.
Analytical mindset with reporting experience.
Influencer outreach or collaboration experience.
Understanding of funnel marketing (awareness → conversion).
SEO or performance marketing exposure.

Qualifications

Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) expertise
Proficiency in crafting and implementing strategic Content Strategies
Strong Communication skills for effective brand messaging and collaboration
Thorough knowledge of Social Media platforms and analytics tools
Creativity and ability to stay updated with digital marketing trends
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
