The CHRO will lead the full people and culture agenda for a multi-function GCC delivering IT, SaaS Products, and Non-IT shared services to group companies and external clients. The role is responsible for managing the growing GCC setup, enabling the scale-up of a new SaaS organisation, strengthening leadership effectiveness, driving capability growth, and ensuring high governance and employee experience.The role also includes direct responsibility for leading and enhancing the HR Shared Services (HRSS. organisation, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement.The CHRO will be a key member of the GCC Leadership Team and a strategic partner to the GCC CEO and Group CHRO.Job Title
SGM_CHRO_AHM Lead and modernise the HR Shared Services team (HRSS., driving operational excellence, service delivery maturity, SLA adherence, and continuous improvement. Ensure seamless HR operations across payroll, HRSS, onboarding, SaaS talent integration, employee lifecycle management, and compliance. Strengthen adherence to labour laws, audits, data protection norms, and group governance. Build a differentiated employee experience for high-skill engineering, product, and shared services talent segments. Lead HR digital transformation, automation, and HR tech adoption suited for scaling both SaaS and GCC operations. Drive analytics-led decision-making on attrition, skills, productivity, engagement, and organisation health. Partner with GCC CEO, Group CHRO’s, and business leaders across product, technology, and shared services. Represent the GCC in group HR councils and transformation forums. Align people strategy with business ramp-up plans for the SaaS organisation and shared services expansion.Principal Accountabilities
