This includes acquiring new customers, driving growth with existing accounts, managing distributors, and providing first-level technical support. The role plays a critical part in expanding the Pool Solutions business and ensuring customer satisfaction through best-in-class performance and cost-effective solutions.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Drive Revenue Growth (Aligned to Annual Operating Plan):Acquire new customers (direct and via channel partners)Increase share of wallet by cross-selling new pool technologiesPromote innovations and expand into new market segmentsUpdate Salesforce with all growth opportunities weeklyConduct product trials at customer locations

Retain And Grow Existing Accounts

Ensure service excellence and deliver on performance & cost commitmentsLeverage Solenis' Value Advantage framework to capture value deliveredMaintain strong, multi-tiered customer relationshipsImplement strategic price increasesProvide first-level troubleshooting and technical advice

Sales Forecasting & Collections

Ensure timely AR collectionsMaintain accurate and timely sales forecasting

Channel Partner/Distributor Management

Grow business through existing partnersExpand coverage via new distributor appointmentsTrack and report secondary salesMonitor and improve distributor ROI

Market Intelligence

Keep track of industry trends and competitor activity

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with supply chain, HR, finance, R&D, procurement, and leadership teams

Continuous Development

Participate in 100 hours of learning annuallyStay updated on market and technological trends

Ethics & Integrity

Demonstrate and promote ethical practices across all activities

Education/Experience

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KEY ATTRIBUTESTechnical background required (Engineering or Science)

Prior Experience In Pool Or Water Treatment Industries Preferred

Familiarity with disinfection, filtration, and water quality management for recreational water is advantageous
