This includes acquiring new customers, driving growth with existing accounts, managing distributors, and providing first-level technical support. The role plays a critical part in expanding the Pool Solutions business and ensuring customer satisfaction through best-in-class performance and cost-effective solutions.Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Drive Revenue Growth (Aligned to Annual Operating Plan):Acquire new customers (direct and via channel partners)Increase share of wallet by cross-selling new pool technologiesPromote innovations and expand into new market segmentsUpdate Salesforce with all growth opportunities weeklyConduct product trials at customer locationsRetain And Grow Existing Accounts
