Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Digital Marketing Expert to lead our digital efforts, drive online visibility, and generate measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate should possess a strong strategic mindset, in-depth expertise across digital channels, and the ability to lead teams and manage multi-channel campaigns from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities - Strategic Planning & Execution

• Design and execute comprehensive, data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, content, and email
• Manage digital budgets, resources, and timelines for optimal ROI
• Stay current with digital trends, platforms, tools, and algorithm changes

Channel Expertise

• Execute and optimize campaigns across SEO, PPC, email marketing, content, and social media
• Manage marketing automation tools and workflows
• Ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across platforms

Analytics & Reporting

• Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting dashboards to track campaign performance
• Identify actionable insights from data to improve targeting and conversion
• Prepare regular reports and recommend data-backed optimizations

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentored a team of digital marketers and content creators
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, development) to ensure alignment on goals
• Provide training and support to junior team members in tools and digital practices

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, CRM systems, and email platforms
• Understanding of web performance metrics, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus

Additional Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor research to shape campaigns
• Manage content calendars and oversee content strategy
• Test new strategies through experiments and conversion tests
• Optimize marketing automation workflows for efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on strategy and performance
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Proven track record of running successful digital campaigns
• Experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration
