Job Description: We are seeking an energetic and responsible HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and operations . The ideal candidate will manage recruitment life cycles and support key HR operational functions. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding) Maintain employee records and HR documentation Support HRMS tasks – attendance, leaves, and data updates Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and training Assist in day-to-day HR and administrative operations Prepare HR-related reports and maintain internal databases Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in HR (Recruitment & Operations) Excellent communication and coordination skills Familiarity with HR tools and hiring portals Strong organizational and multitasking ability Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field At Elsner Technologies, we foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
