Role: HR Executive
Experience: 5-7 Years

Key Responsibilities
● Lead and manage all HR operational functions, including payroll, benefits, HRIS, compliance, and employee services.
● Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that support organizational growth.
● Drive process optimization and automation to enhance employee experience.
● Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management frameworks.
● Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and global HR policies.
● Develop and monitor HR metrics, dashboards, and workforce analytics for data-driven decisions.
● Lead employee engagement, retention, and wellbeing initiatives.
● Manage and mentor HR operations teams across multiple regions.
● Collaborate with finance and business leaders on workforce planning and cost optimization.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
● 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least in leadership roles.
● Proven track record in HR operations, policy design, compliance, and HR technology.
● Strong understanding of HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
● Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
● Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or global organizations is a plus.
